We are offering several mindfulness programs: 1 for adults, and 2 for youth/teens (11-13) and (14-17).
Mindfulness programs may have a focus on clearing & calming the mind, emotional mastery, or lifestyle balance or a combination, depending on your needs. Group size is 5 participants minimum to maximum 10 participants. These group programs run year round and are available on a supply and demand basis. Groups run in the weeknight evenings (teens 4:30-6:00) and (adults 6:30-8:30) The week day to be determined closer to the date of registry - we try to accommodate all participants.
